Peter Glass (BLArch), with over 30 years of experience as a professional landscape architect in addition to earlier valuable experience in the landscape construction and horticulture industries, has both the understanding and technical knowledge to assist with the provision of Expert Witness and Expert Testimony in our areas of expertise.

On a general level, Peter’s areas of expertise relate to our specialist fields of Landscape Architecture, Environmental Planning and Swimming Pool Design, and extend to cover issues relating to recreational planning and design; horticultural design, plant selection and suitability plus associated issues; safety and compliance issues; landscape design and construction issues; on-slab waterproofing, drainage and associated roof garden issues; etc.
Peter Glass has successfully assisted a large range of Clients over the years and has acted on behalf of both individuals and corporations, right through to Local and State Government authorities and organisations.
Peter’s successful assistance with a large range of Expert Witness and Expert Testimony matters, extending from private arbitration and mediation to the Local, District and Land & Environment Courts, and through to the Supreme Court, has been largely attributed to Peter Glass’s:
